A longtime resident of Massachusetts, Beth has had a solo law practice in Newtonville since 2001, focusing on family law, probate, and estate planning. Her practice includes Collaborative Law, Guardian Ad Litem investigations, parent coordination, guardianships, and mediation for divorce, probate, and elder issues. Prior to hanging out her shingle, Beth served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, and as an associate at a downtown Boston law firm. Beth became Of Counsel to Skylark (formerly Kelsey and Trask, P.C.) in 2013.
